1. Scope

The Spatial Audio Network Europe (SANE), initiated by ZiMMT e.V., is a professional network for collaboration in the field of spatial audio. These Terms govern the membership.

2. Membership

Membership is granted upon application and confirmation by SANE.
SANE reserves the right to accept or reject applications.

3. Benefits

Membership may include:

• Visibility within the network
• Access to events, meetups, and knowledge exchange
• Opportunities for collaboration and projects

No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

4. Fees

Membership is subject to an annual fee, invoiced in advance.

All fees are net amounts and may be subject to applicable taxes:

• Germany: plus VAT
• EU (B2B): reverse charge
• Third countries: no German VAT

5. Term & Renewal

Membership runs for one (1) year and renews automatically unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation

Membership can be cancelled with 3 months’ notice before the end of the term.
Cancellation must be made in writing (email is sufficient).

7. Liability

SANE is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
No liability for the success of collaborations or projects.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, Germany.
